Bricksters get the best of both worlds: working from home most of the time and coming to the office weekly. Every department has a scheduled Team Day once a week to connect with team members in person — whether that means having one-on-ones, collaborating or simply eating lunch together
For now, flexibility is the rule of thumb. You could choose to come in every day if you prefer, depending on workspace availability.
Some roles are fully remote, which means you wouldn’t be expected to come into the office for Team Days.
